A: Det är inte viktigt egentligen, det är så jag valt att leva. Inte så att jag dör om jag tar lite godis, är jag sugen på det så äter jag det! Det gäller att hitta en balans. Alltså, för mig är det lika naturligt som det är för en annan att jämt äta snask osv.
Just nu har jag inga särskilda mål med träningen. Jag tränar för att det är kul och jag mår bra av det. Senaste målet jag hade var att springa milen under 50 minuter, vilket jag klarade för kanske en månad sedan (?), på 49.58 sekunder!
Nja. Jag har funderat på det. Är det jag som vill träna så mycket eller är det ätstörningen? Klarar jag av att vila om jag behöver det? Och ja, det gör jag. Jag älskar att träna och röra på mig - det har jag alltid gjort. Självklart kommer jag alltid vara lite extra uppmärksam på det här med ortorexi, det är en hårfin gräns mellan sunt och ohälsosamt! Men jag vet att om jag skulle falla dit har jag världens bästa stöd som hjälper mig.

Just nu kör jag en challenge i april som går ut på att utesluta allt socker, dvs godis, chips, snacks osv. (Inte frukt alltså) Men annars brukar jag unna mig om jag blir sugen på det. "Ingenting är så nyttigt att man alltid kan äta det och ingenting är så onyttigt att man aldrig kan äta det", kom ihåg det! :) Jag tror att går man omkring med vetskapen att godis t.ex är förbjudet (enligt dig själv då) så triggar det bara suget.

Har haft en ätstörning i flera år. Nu mår jag dock betydligt bättre än jag gjorde tidigare. Men grejen är den att jag äter antingen för mycket eller för lite. Och när jag skriver för mycket menar jag inte bara någon skiva bröd för mycket, utan ett stort överskott av kalorier. Jag överäter helt enkelt.
Ibland klarar jag att leva hälsosamt i några dagar, men sedan återgår jag till den onda cirkeln. Mina matvanor påverkar mitt mående både fysiskt och psykiskt. Jag är trött, orkar inte lika mycket, känner mig för det mesta ledsen och är väldigt känslig.

A: Antar att du syftar på proteinfluffet jag gjorde till bananpannkakorna? Jag brukar inte dricka mjölk särskilt ofta, och därför är det inte jag som valt att vi ska ha lättmjölk heller. Så om jag för en gångs skull ska ha mjölk i något är det ju inte så att jag köper hem en liter fullfet mjölk bara för att jag i en maträtt behöver mindre än en deciliter. Proteinfluffet hade jag till pannkakorna just för att öka intaget lite mer.

du verkar vara så klok och ha båda fötterna på jorden. hoppas verkligen inte att du slår över till ortorexi. man kan inte hjälpa att bli lite orolig. speciellt eftersom jag själv är lite av en träningsnarkoman, men hatar det som sjutton och tvångstränar enbart. det är som du säger en hårfin gräns mellan sunda vanor och osunda vanor. det är svårt att se och även svårt för andra att se. men eftersom du har så mycket kunskap känns det som att du i alla fall är lite berred på när något kommer gå snett!

för som du kanske redan vet så ska en vanlig kvinna äta ca 2000kcal/dag i genomsnitt, men tränar man dessutom en-två gånger i veckan kan man multiplicera siffran med 1,2, och sedan går det stegvis upp till att om man tränar varje dag en timme och är allmänt aktiv (som du verkar vara) så kan man ta siffran gånger 2, så man då bör äta 4000kcal/dag eftersom det gått åt så mycket energi genom förbränning då musklerna jobbar och återhämtar sig.
bara så du tänker på det, fast det gör du ju redan iom. att du försöker öka ditt intag :)
och har för mig att du ville ha tips på hur du ökade ditt energiintag utan att behöva äta stora mängder? jag föreslår isåfall fullfeta produkter om du inte redan har det, avokado fungerar bra till det mesta, nötter som mellanmål och tillbehör, och exempelvis lax istället för kyckling och sådant, innehåller mer fett och bra omega-3 fetter och andra viktiga näringsämnen, dricka ett glas mjölk till fler mål istället för vatten, m.m.

Ska försöka få mig en bättre kosthållning. Tror att 1200-1500 kcal passar in på mig ganska bra då jag för tillfället inte rör på mig särskilt mycket, kommer självklart öka intaget när jag börjar träna mer igen.
Jag vet ju ungefär hur jag ska äta, men skönt att höra från någon annan (som vet vad den talar om) att det faktiskt är okej att ligga på ett högre intag.
Visst, vissa dagar kommer jag äta för mycket och andra för lite. Men så är det ju tyvärr. Går ju inte bara att knäppa med fingrarna och vara tillbaka där man var innan ätstörningen.
Du är en stor inspirationskälla för mig, då du har både min drömkropp och tränings/matvanor. Vet att det är kämpigt för dig också, många dagar. Men det gör dig bara ännu starkare eftersom du fortsätter även när det är som jobbigast.
